These (few!) pictures pretty much sums up my three weeks in Paris…. Challenges each day, a whole lot of happiness, a carefree attitude and plenty of relaxation. Yes it’s been difficult at times but I have achieved so much towards my recovery. There is SO much more to life than anorexia, trust me.

I have eaten all of this, and A LOT MORE! I’m talking, ice cream every other day, Nutella & peanut butter on baguette for dinner each night, burgers, pancakes, chips etc. and guess what? Have I ballooned? No. Has the world stopped spinning? Nuh-uh. I’m going to be the one to break it to you friends, FOOD DOESN’T MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT! YOU CAN ENJOY ANY FOOD YOU LIKE WITH REASONABLE MODERATION!! GASP! Those STUPID STUPID magazines that tell you not to eat carbs or that ‘sugar’ is the ‘hidden killer’ is all bullshit, kids. And I am living proof. Eat what you enjoy. Find balance. Excersice for fun, even if it’s a gentle stroll. Love yourself, unconditionally.
